About Me

Lee Mooring is a professional consultant, with 26 years of military experience as a Marine and Air Force leader. Additionally he is a John Maxwell certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer. He has designed and taught over 300 courses on Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, Communication, Team Building, Discrimination, Sexual Harassment and Workplace Conflict Resolution for over 150 organizations both nationally and internationally.

Additionally, Lee has a Pastoral Studies degree from Southwestern College in Kansas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has served on ministerial staffs for 6 Christian ministries worldwide, has written, produced and directed 6 full length Gospel Plays and is currently pursuing producing a 7th play entitled All Counsel Ain't Wise. He has also led numerous teams in the execution of military base and community events, celebrations, ceremonies and projects dedicated to promoting diversity and resiliency.

My Why!

I believe that everyone is endowed by God with special talents, gifts and abilities. It order to fully step into our God given potential it is often necessary for someone to come alongside of us and walk with us to help coach, nourish and cultivate this abilities. I believe God has called me for just that purpose. I aspire to help encourage, motivate and help hold accountable those who desire to reach true levels of success, step into their purpose and reach their potential!
